Because each batch of body butter is hand crafted, please allow up to five business days for your order to ship. We ship using USPS or UPS and will clearly communicate the estimated delivery date as well as the tracking number at the time of shipping. During the Holiday Seasons, please allow a little extra time for delivery delays.
We ship all over the U.S. with free shipping for orders over $60.
We are unable to update the address on an order once it has shipped. If you need to update an address before your order has shipped, please contact us from the billing phone number on the order before it has shipped.
If you don't receive your package within three days of the expected ETA, please let us know so a claim can be filed.
If your order is missing items or arrived damaged, please contact us with your order number within five days of delivery. Any reports of damage should also include a photo of how it was received.
